Lauren’s physie career was set well before she took her first steps, with her mum competing in teams whilst pregnant and then growing up copying her older sister's work at the back of the class in Newcastle. Since then, she has competed at a national and championship level in both individual and team competitions and enjoys the challenge of perfecting the routines and working as a team each year. Lauren is a very accomplished physie girl having made the national finals on a number of occasions and being crowned National Champion as a 6 year old.

Lauren joined the Gungahlin club as an inaugural member after moving to Canberra in 2011 and was proud to be a part of the winning under 33’s ladies team. Lauren teaches our Gungahlin 13 - 15 years class and team teaches the Open Ladies. Lauren welcomed her first child, a gorgeous little boy, in 2018 and he adores being doted over by the physie girls and ladies.
